The Rats: A Witcher Tale (2025)

The Rats: A Witcher Tale is a prequel film—originally a planned series—set in The Witcher universe. The story follows the Rats, a gang of misfit teenage thieves including Mistle, before they cross paths with Ciri. The group plans a daring heist to steal riches from a brutal fighting arena run by Dominik Houvenaghel. To succeed, they are forced to recruit Brehen, a cynical, washed-up Witcher from the School of the Cat, to deal with the monster guarding the vault, leading to a fateful clash with the notorious bounty hunter, Leo Bonhart.
