Spider-Man 3 (2007)

Peter Parker (Tobey Maguire) finally achieves personal happiness and public adoration as Spider-Man, but his life is instantly jeopardized by three threats. A strange black alien symbiote bonds with him, amplifying his dark side and arrogance. He must also confront the vengeful New Goblin (James Franco) and the criminal Flint Marko, who transforms into the deadly Sandman.
