The narcissistic, Elvis-impersonating ladies' man Johnny Bravo learns that his fame has plummeted and he is no longer relevant in America. Desperate to reignite his celebrity, he takes a plane to Mumbai, India, where he falsely believes he has been invited to star in a major Bollywood production. Upon arrival, he realizes the star they wanted was actually Jit Singh, an Indian action hero with an identical hairstyle. Johnny must navigate the chaotic, musical world of Bollywood, trying to sabotage Jit Singh's career and prove that he is the true star, all while relentlessly (and unsuccessfully) hitting on every beautiful woman he meets.
