Dead to Rights (2025)

Set during the 1937 Nanjing Massacre, the historical drama follows Chinese civilians who seek refuge in a local photographic studio. Forced to develop film for a Japanese military photographer, they accidentally discover negatives containing irrefutable, horrifying evidence of the Japanese army’s widespread war crimes and atrocities. The group risks their lives and engages in a courageous conspiracy to copy and smuggle the damning photographic proof out of the occupied city.
