Crust (2024)

Vegas Winters, a washed-up child actor now running a rundown laundromat, lives a lonely life salvaging lost socks to clean himself. One night, after a bout of bullying, a single tear falls into the pile of discarded socks, and the pile transforms into a creature named Crust. Crust becomes his protector—but also delivers deadly retribution to Vegas’s enemies. As Vegas’s mental health and buried insecurities surface, he’s torn between new love, nostalgia for fame, and the terrifying consequences of having a monster guardian loyal at any cost.
