Con Job (2024)

Desperate for cash, the selfish schemer Chris and his cash-strapped best friend Angus concoct an elaborate, foolproof plan to swindle Angus's estranged brother, Tim, out of their late father's ancestral home. They lure Tim back from Thailand with the ruse of Chris's fake engagement, intending to drug him and use a corrupt notary to forge his signature on the sale documents. Their meticulously planned scheme immediately goes catastrophically off the rails when the notary dies in Chris's bathroom in a freak accident. Forced to scramble, the incompetent duo find themselves sinking deeper into a rabbit hole of chaos, involving a stolen car, a highly volatile bookie's henchman, and a steadily mounting body count.
