Born Bill Istvan Günther Skarsgård on August 9, 1990, in Vällingby, Sweden, he is the son of celebrated actor Stellan Skarsgård and his first wife, My Skarsgård. He comes from a large family of actors, including his older brothers Alexander, Gustaf, and Valter Skarsgård, all of whom have established successful acting careers.
